C3 Leaders is offering Strength Finders professional development workshops for your team. We are offering these workshops exclusively to Forum Members’ organizations or teams at no cost. These Strength Finders workshops help boost performance, fuel success, and create an engaged culture in your organization. This workshop will enable your team to communicate more effectively, avoid messy conflict, and improve your team based culture.
How Strength Finders works:
Have your staff take the CliftonStrengths Assessment:
This is a 30 minutes assessment that measures each individuals unique talents and patterns of thinking, feeling and behavior and categorizes them. It is taken through Gallup for a cost of $24.99 per person.
Strength Finders Report Coaching:
C3 Leaders staff will come to your office and walk your employees through their results and how to interpret and apply their strengths into their work and the broader team culture.
C3 Leaders’ facilitators have lead groups as small as 5 and as large as 150 in coaching through Strength Finders. We offer to you the opportunity to take advantage of this tool and their experience. This coaching is offered at no cost to you to help your team communicate more effectively and be more productive.
These professional development workshops can be anywhere between 90 minutes to 4 hours depending on the size of the team. Our facilitators are flexible around your schedule and will come to you to facilitate this workshop.
