Meet Laila Sharpe, our Executive Associate with expertise in administrative management. Prior to joining C3 Leaders, Laila served as the Associate Director of Alumni and Parent Relations at Seattle Pacific University and helped build an alumni and parent relations program with national prominence among private universities. A native of Norway, Laila also served on the Norwegian American Chamber of Commerce Board and as the President of the Seattle Norwegian Constitution Day festivities, hosting Ambassadors and Norwegian Royal representatives. The Seattle festivities were the largest Constitution celebrations outside the country of Norway. Laila is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University and has a background as an educator and business person.
Laila is married to Jon and together they have three adult children and three grand children. Her greatest joys are found serving her family, working in the garden, and oil painting.
