CEO – Dunn Lumber
Mike Dunn is the fourth generation president of Dunn Lumber. Mike started working after school in 1969, and has done practically every job in the company. His favorite job was buying the lumber, plywood, and other commodities—which he did for 25 years. He is the father of three adult children, two of which work for the company. He loves boating and golf when he has time, but mostly he’s found interacting with the team members, vendors, and customers. As he’s very fond of saying, “Trust is hard to build and easy to lose!”
CEO – Crista Ministries
Jacinta Tegman serves as the Chief Executive Officer for CRISTA, a Seattle-based family of Christian ministries empowered to serve the needs of the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through education, media, senior living, and international relief/development. Jacinta’s leadership career has spanned 35 years in missions, church leadership, international relief and development, and organizational operations. This includes serving as a missionary for eight years in central Mexico, and four years as the Executive Director of a Washington state pastor’s coalition. She is also an ordained minister with 10 years’ experience as an associate pastor.
Jacinta is a summa cum laude graduate of Northwest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree (MA) in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University. Jacinta and her husband Roger are the proud parents of three adult children, six grandsons and one granddaughter.

For more than 25 years, John has advised some of the most successful wealth creators in the country as they seek a better return on money and life. He is a CFA charterholder and a certified professional coach with the International Coach Federation.
John has unique insights into the challenges and opportunities facing high-achieving individuals and couples as they seek to have it all and live fully. Experiences with clients and in their own lives inspired John and his wife Kelle to found the Living Fully Project, a company with a mission to help as many people as possible to experience living fully.
A regularly published thought-leader, John’s writing has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Marketwatch, and other local and national publications. John is the author of The Wealth Creator’s Playbook: A Guide to Maximizing Your Return on Life and Money, a handbook for those seeking to explore the intersection of money, relationships, and purpose. He also co-authored Hello, Someday, an inspirational retirement book.
John is the host and creator of the Wealth Confidant podcast, which focuses on issues at the intersection of money and life through interviews with prominent wealth creators, authors and influencers.
