The Purpose of C3 Leaders
Many business leaders operate in isolation.
They often doubt their ability to really make a difference in their spheres of influence. Our response is to engage business leaders in consistent and regular, Jesus-centered, business-focused, peer-led small groups, that we call C3 Forums. It is here that business leaders become equipped and inspired to have a powerful impact.
We are more than just C3 Forums. C3 Leaders also has community events, mentoring, and other resources where we connect and encourage business leaders to live and lead like Jesus.
Our vision is to transform community and culture through Kingdom-focused commerce leaders.
We believe that…
1. Community and culture happen thru commerce.
2. As the lives of business leaders are transformed employees, marriages, families and individual lives are enhanced.
3. Growth in the leader happens best in a small, committed band of faith-filled men or women.
4. The world is dying for this change in leadership.
The C3 Forum Experience
Jesus-Centered
You will talk about Jesus and Kingdom-minded principles. We will pray. We will open our Bibles. God will join us.
Business-Focused
We aren’t afraid to talk about business, finances, employment issues, etc. We talk “shop.”
Peer-Learning
here isn’t a “coach” or “expert,” other than that person on your right and left. We are led together and learn together.
Check-In
At each C3 Forum, you’ll be expected to share about your Faith, Family, and Factory (work). Check-ins are given with vulnerability and the utmost confidentiality of other C3 members.
